  • This is the proof-of-concept stage. The goal is to raise funds through BARUCH token sales to give away a home or homes up to

$200,000.00 in value.  The tokens placed in the Prize Fund wallet will be used to make these purchases. The higher the value of the token, the more homes that can be given to the community.

Phase 2: Realtor Remix

  • In this phase we will change the way you sell your home, so you can increase the value returned  from  your  investment.  Let’s make it easier, safer, and cheaper so you can enjoy the process and enjoy your money.

Phase 3: Grow for the Flow

  • Time to expand the team to reformulate how insurance is viewed and used. Insurance is something that we all must have but it  is something that we throw our money into and have nothing to show for it, but in most cases if we use it, we are penalized for it. Our view is insurance is a way to store value, and we plan to return that value to you. We will release more details as we  work  through  this process.

Phase 4: New Life New Growth

  • Let us create places for our community to gather by repurposing old buildings. This will be voted on by the token holders in that area.

For events that are rescheduled within 45 days, we kindly request full payment to cover any perishable items. Nonetheless, we always strive to collaborate with you and find the most suitable solution.

How does the billing process operate?

To confirm your reservation, we require a 50% down-payment, and the remaining 50% payment is due 24 hours before your event.

What is the procedure for managing guest invites?

Our user-friendly online system enables you (or us) to effortlessly handle guest invitations. Check out the “Invites” section of the platform to avail yourself of this feature.

Could I receive a financial statement for my transaction?

Absolutely, you just need to reach out to our finance department and provide your transaction number.
